[ The campfire is still roaring. S'mores supplies are hanging around the area. There's still a faint scent of copper on the air, for those who can really recognize it.

Leon is leaning against Mami on one of the logs around the fire. He's been acting like he's uncaring-- and a lot of it stems from bitterness that this happened to him and he had to watch it AGAIN. But he's calmed down now. He actually looks rather peaceful, if a bit weathered.

There's also now a pizza sitting on another nearby seat. It's cheese and a little cold. ]

Spell didn't work. Delivery man practically blinked out of existence. I thought I'd try since... look at all of us now.

[ That's all he murmurs. Join the campfire? ]

They do. The toppings are different as well.

What do they use as a substitution for cheese? I don't eat mayonnaise much, so I'm not quite sure which foods pair with it best.

Mayonnaise. Or they mix both in.

This one uses a lot of tomato sauce instead, I noticed.

Yes. A very robust one; I can taste the basil mixed in. It reminds me of some finer pastas I've eaten in my life.

[...Okay, he can't keep it up. He starts laughing over that one, quiet and stifled by his free hand.]

Most people don't compare pizza to fine pasta.

What a nice little mood brightener after all that stuff from earlier.]

[truthfully, Mitsuru isn't sure if she should be happy or not that she said something that made Ashikawa laugh, but. . . well. she guesses, after all of the excitement earlier, it's a good thing]

[and so, she sighs, and continues devouring her pizza]

[He just got distracted by the whole. Getting locked inside for half an hour thing.]

It's a bit embarrassing at times.

[her annoyance is minor, though. because of everything terrible happening around them. . . she is glad she can, at least, make someone laugh. even at her expense]

Sounds to me like you still have lots to learn.

It does, yes. But. . . I am open to being further educated, as embarrassing as it may be.
