[ The campfire is still roaring. S'mores supplies are hanging around the area. There's still a faint scent of copper on the air, for those who can really recognize it.

Leon is leaning against Mami on one of the logs around the fire. He's been acting like he's uncaring-- and a lot of it stems from bitterness that this happened to him and he had to watch it AGAIN. But he's calmed down now. He actually looks rather peaceful, if a bit weathered.

There's also now a pizza sitting on another nearby seat. It's cheese and a little cold. ]

Spell didn't work. Delivery man practically blinked out of existence. I thought I'd try since... look at all of us now.

[ That's all he murmurs. Join the campfire? ]

[..It's nice to have someone who understands by his side, honestly. He looks over at Kon, before letting out a small sigh.]

...I'd hoped - even if I didn't see Soma before, that this time...

[He trails off, not wanting to finish that sentence.]

...Do you think if we did the 'candy-trick' on someone here we might see something?

[The 'candy-trick' being letting someone else eat Kon to kick their soul out of their body. For science.]

[He scowls at Kon, making a little 'shh' motion with his hand.]

...Maybe, but it's too risky. If we tried it, their soul might not be connected to their body - meaning that they might be taken somewhere as soon as it happens.

[And honestly, he doesn't want to be responsible for someone's death.]

...Right, yeah. And I'd be responsible if that happens.
