WEEK 2
Sunday passes rather uneventfully, giving everyone a much-needed rest after that emotional trial. The weather even holds out until Sunday night, though clouds can definitely be seen across the lake by Sunday evening. Come Monday morning, those clouds loom overhead, grey and full of rain.
A storm is brewing.
But that's not the only thing thing that is changing about camp. Most of the RVs have changed in the RV park as well. Some families have left, others have arrived. They all have the same cold and distrustful nature as the last group, though. Additionally, if anyone tries to play the Wii, they will find that Soma and Lillith's Miis have disappeared. How odd.
Pastor Dan's absence is probably the biggest change, though. Without him around, there's nobody left tending to the chapel, and there's one less adult to keep an eye on the kids. Behave yourselves, everyone! But interestingly enough, the chapel seems to have been cleaned up from the mess left in there on Friday. It looks as pristine as the day everyone arrived at camp. Interesting.
But most importantly, the real stakes are now known. This camp is not a normal camp, and things are probably only going to get worse from here. There are only seven weeks left, but survival is not guaranteed. Knowing that, what will you do?

Wednesday
You... you.... Where did you come from...?!
[ It's good that he's back, probably, but after the whole Lilith fiasko, it's not easy to trust. ]
no subject
[ He stops as he realizes he doesn't remember coming back to the cabin. ]
Hey, how did I get here?
no subject
[ Nine sounds normal to Boa so far and he acknowledges that something is weird, all of this is very relieving. ]
You were gone from camp for the whole night, Nine.
no subject
Huh. Like gone gone? Did we die?
[ His mind is jumping to Lillith and he immediately touches his own face to check temperature. It feels normal for him, which doesn't help. ]
Hey, can you see if I feel cold?
no subject
[ Boa gives a weak smile and moves over to place his hand on Nine's forehead, which he can only do because he is standing and Nine is sitting. Damn tall people. ]
You feel alive.
no subject
Relief hits him, and then he starts doing a head count in the cabin. Okay, he might be a little attached to his cabin mates. Just a little. ]
Hell, yeah. That's a relief, yo. Did anything happen?
no subject
[ He takes a deep breath and just sits down next to Nine on his bed because fuck it, he's already here. ]
Yesterday someone of us apparently got on the gunmen's radio wave? They tapped out a song or something. Then smoke started coming from the RV park and... everyone except 9 of us just completely vanished.
And that's all we know.
no subject
I remember running into a couple people from Cabin 2. We decided to go investigate the RV park for some reason. There wasn't any smoke or anything. I think they were just bored or something. [ Nine was just going with the flow. ] I can't remember if we actually talked to anyone. It just goes blank after that.
no subject
... whatever you did in there must have been rather dangerous. We really thought you all had died.
no subject
[ Already going for the back of his head and stopping. Yeah can't touch that, so he'll rub his scar on his face instead. ]
Do you know what kind of smoke?
no subject
no subject
It feels like something hit me here. Might have been a canister.
[ It feels like it from the size. ]
no subject
[ A WHOLE REALLY REALLY TERRIFYING NIGHT. ]
no subject
[ He starts counting who is there in the cabin to make sure everyone is there there. ]
no subject
no subject
Maybe the cabins are off limits to them.

[ food and note comparing sounds good ]
no subject
[ Tbf the two of them could have gotten food together or something. Boa just. doubts it. ]
no subject
We got busted by Stan and he dragged me off to go fishing.
[ But he learned how to fish so it wasn't a complete bust. ]
no subject
[ Does he mean breaking this rule is stupid? Does he mean the rule itself is stupid? Both. ]
no subject
Was worth it. [ do not ask boa he will probably share ] And Stan taught me how to go fishing, yo.
no subject
[ He is.. so so full of doubt. ]
no subject
Definitely, yo. And best part is that Tal forgave me later.
[ For him being unable to complete certain things. ]
no subject
[ SADLY Boa has so little idea where Nine is going here that he doesn't have the self-preservation instinct not to ask. Why would Tal be mad about this?? ]
