It takes a full day after finding the body, but on Saturday, the counselors call you all to the campfire, the bonfire already roaring away as everyone finds their seats. Stan and Red are seated there, with Stan holding a box saying 'VOTES' written on it.

It looks like you're here to find the killer.

And just like before, you know you'll be forced to vote before the night's over...

And condemn someone to a grisly fate.

[- a bloody trail from the kitchen through the mess hall, with brain bits mixed in between
- two pairs of bloody footprints running parallel to the trail.
- one pair is small, similar to Mitsuru's in size
- one pair is large, and barefoot, similar in size to Lenka, and also located underneath the drag marks
- the trail leads out to the lake
- the drag marks, however, lead to the cabins and the flag]

I understand nobody wishes to be here. To do this. I, for one, am hardly interested in playing along with this charade. But a young camper is dead now, and I do believe she at least deserves our attention and our best efforts.

[a brief pause, before she continues]

The markings in the mess hall indicate to me that two people were involved in this crime. One person of larger stature, and one person of smaller stature. You can compare Utsugi to me for a size comparison.

One pair of footprints was similar in size to my own, and one pair was similar in size to Utsugi.

Me and Natsume found a dishtowel and some shorts in the firepit. They weren't very burned, so it was after the fire was out. Oh! And there was a pair of shorts missing from Cabin 4!

Why would anyone agree to help kill someone? Wouldn't accomplices be stomped by the moose too? That's a lotta danger, leaving aside that it's messed up to kill someone in the first place.

I think that would give us a place to start, along with accounting for everyone's whereabouts last night. We can use myself and Utsugi as references.

One of the footprints was of a bare foot. Did our killer only dress in shorts to commit the crime?
