WEEK 4 - INVESTIGATION
As you wake up, you'll realize that your powers have returned to you. For some, this is a joyous occasion...but even with them returned, it's only a grim reminder of the reality of the situation -
- that one of your fellow campers have committed murder.
Someone is dead. It's up to you to find out who...and to gather evidence for it.
CAMPERS REMAINING: ???
((We ask that you remain in groups of 2-3! As per usual.))

[ He didn't talk to Kanji much, so he's not personally affected by this more than the normal 'well, someone died' amount, but... ]
We went fishing to get food for the octopus together last week. He didn't mind speculating with anyone of any age, for sure...

[he sniffles.]
... Sometimes I got the feeling we had a lot in common. He talked really loud, but he was ... really nice.

If he was anything like you, he was a great guy.

That means he was like you, too, you know.

... we should have met elsewhere. Somewhere better.
[ But they wouldn't have, because their worlds are different and their times are different. This is the only way they could have met. The Boa from before camp could have never had imagined feeling connected to someone so different from himself. Even if time-space had given them a chance to make friends, would he have taken it? He can't say.
So it's weird, knowing that this hell gave him something that is confusing and new and that he wants to keep. Every Friday when he feels relief to see his friends' faces gives the feeling a bit more room. ]

[is he laughing? crying? both. both is good. he is so glad that Boa has learned The Art of The Hug, because he really needs one right now. he rests his chin on Boa's shoulder and lets out a long, deep breath]
If we can find a way out of this ...
[he bites his lip]
These people, they took us from everywhere. Maybe ... if we can ... you should come back to Derry with us.

I... I don't know. I can't just leave my world, not for good, but... I'd like to go somewhere else with you. I'd like to see Derry, for a while.
[ Make memories that aren't related to murder. ]

It's about time the kids in your world learn about that... You were all missing out.
no subject
That was SO COOL. Can we do it again later?
no subject
Of course. As much as you want.

You just have to teach me more of that special stuff, like the one you used on me to win the first time. Deal?
no subject
[ But he's never going to turn down teaching more about his favourite sport - funny, at home he's never really taught anyone. He's just been racing to catch up to people. Explaining Beyblade meanwhile makes it easy to remember what drew him to it in the first place. ]

[he grins]
Later this week, then?
