WEEK 7

A new counselor, and a brutal execution. Camp just continues to surprise, doesn't it?

The rain is back, though this time it is in sprinkles and light showers. It helps bring the temperature down, but in the breaks between those mists the humidity is brutal.

The WiiU is still here, but for some reason none of the games will play. Instead all you can do is watch the faceless Mii on the Mii menu while the remaining Miis (minus Floe, Gonta, and Shirou) cower off to the sides.

Eleven of you are left. You have made it past the 'keep ten alive to the start of week 7' warning that Red gave, but what will happen now? Is this it? Is this who will survive? Or will more death happen? And what's going to happen to the dead?

A lot of questions still need answering.

[Mitsuru's here for sure, both because he needs to hear what the zombies have to say and also because he needs to meet with one in particular.]

[ After they shared their message and after Lillith finished her song (which Boa was nodding along to pleasantly, of course), Boa comes to find Mitsuru in the group. ]

[It wasn't at all what he expected, but it was far more important. And so, when Boa approaches him, he gives a wan smile.]

...Looks like we'll have to postpone our meeting. [If he can just survive another week...] But this was important, so thank you. You did well.

[And he'll continue on even if the zombie version doesn't understand, because the real one needs to hear.]

To be honest, I've hated speaking with her ever since you... left us. But I'll see what other information I can get from her.

[ At the word 'postpone', Boa's face changes. His smile briefly vanishes in favor of an exhausted grimace, but it's gone as fast as it came. ]

... I'm glad the sermons are helpful to you. It's nice to see you coming to the chapel more.

[--Was that...?

He gives a momentary pause before moving close, foreheads almost touching.]

Listen. The only reason I want to save it is because it isn't the same if it isn't really you.

Do you really want to hear something important secondhand through a shell instead of in person?

[And with that, he leans back again.]

[ By the time this is said, whatever grip Boa had on his body has already vanished, leaving a very confused zombie in his place. ]

There's no shells here... We're not even at the ocean? And what does that.....

[ Okay, he's starting to feel like there is a lot more to unravel here than the shell issues, so he'll just return to a small smile. ]

Well, I did tell you that you don't need to answer at all.

[ That 'next time' gets a pouty look. ]

[ But the depth of zombie hurt doesn't seem to go very far, he doesn't sound seriously mad. ]
