WEEK 7
A new counselor, and a brutal execution. Camp just continues to surprise, doesn't it?
The rain is back, though this time it is in sprinkles and light showers. It helps bring the temperature down, but in the breaks between those mists the humidity is brutal.
The WiiU is still here, but for some reason none of the games will play. Instead all you can do is watch the faceless Mii on the Mii menu while the remaining Miis (minus Floe, Gonta, and Shirou) cower off to the sides.
Eleven of you are left. You have made it past the 'keep ten alive to the start of week 7' warning that Red gave, but what will happen now? Is this it? Is this who will survive? Or will more death happen? And what's going to happen to the dead?
A lot of questions still need answering.

Do not try me
Anyway, Archer looks over and blinks.]
...What makes you think you can change it?
[Aka what the fuck, what do you know.]
no subject
Lenka stares steadily back at him, perhaps a little questioning, but mostly probing. There’s a more solid set to his shoulders this week, a looser air about his posture. Maybe it was Sunday. Maybe he’s just inoculated against Archer now to some extent, since everyone and their zombie dog spent the weekend calling him Archie. Hm.]
You’re here because protocols can be changed, aren’t you?
no subject
But at What Lenka says, his face goes from surprised...to deadly serious.]
How do you know about the protocol?
no subject
The dead told me.
no subject
[He doesn't believe it, not at all.]
Tell me - did any of you get your hands on a USB drive?
no subject
[His tone stays placid.]
I don’t know what a USB drive is. [technically true, he’s only heard it being called a flash drive] Red told me you wouldn’t believe in the dead.
no subject
[He stares directly at Lenka.]
Because the last I heard, it was stolen by a raccoon. That drive was meant for Red alone. Not for any of you.
...So the least you could do is tell me where it currently is, before I go and begin to confiscate everyone's personal items until it's found.
no subject
[He looks thoughtful for a moment.]
We talked to the raccoon, a little while back, about what it stole. We also got information from a cat. [this camp really isn’t the best at keeping its secrets, is it?] So information travels. I don’t know where your flash drive would be right now.
[Also technically true, since it tends to get passed around after a cat video session.]
Give me until the end of the day today. If I find it, I’ll return it to Red.
[AKA how about you not scare the bitties and let him handle it.]
no subject
[Oh my god, what is with these kids.
He looks exasperated, but shakes his head.]
Fine. But if it's not here by the end of the day, then I will go look for it on my own on Tuesday.
no subject
[Come to think of it, he has no idea who did — it might have been Ren himself, in the end.]
All right. [there’s a faint edge to his voice, too brief to decipher (hint: it’s surprise), before he goes on more thoughtfully] Are you going to answer my question?
