A new counselor, and a brutal execution. Camp just continues to surprise, doesn't it?

The rain is back, though this time it is in sprinkles and light showers. It helps bring the temperature down, but in the breaks between those mists the humidity is brutal.

The WiiU is still here, but for some reason none of the games will play. Instead all you can do is watch the faceless Mii on the Mii menu while the remaining Miis (minus Floe, Gonta, and Shirou) cower off to the sides.

Eleven of you are left. You have made it past the 'keep ten alive to the start of week 7' warning that Red gave, but what will happen now? Is this it? Is this who will survive? Or will more death happen? And what's going to happen to the dead?

A lot of questions still need answering.

Yes. Because the spell relies on expanding the 'self' and placing the 'world' in its own bubble. That's why the camp temporarily disappeared - it wasn't re-written, just placed where the 'self' normally is for a few minutes.

Then you should be able to teach me the basic principles, right?

It's not that simple. I only became able to do it through years of honing my magic. The principle is easy to say - suppress and seal off the world and imprint your 'self' upon the space left behind - but trying to teach you how to do that would be like a bird trying to teach a fish how to fly. What works for me will most likely not work for you, and vice versa.

Sealing off space is already more help than anything else you've said.

I've basically explained as much as I can about it, as far as I understand it.

I wouldn't recommend you try my methods to reach it - I was purposefully taught magic incorrectly, and only reached it through years of meditation.

However, don't feel upset if you can't reach it. Few Magi ever gain the ability to use a reality marble, and it's actually been outlawed by the magical authority in my world.

Still, if that's your "self" you're imposing on this one - why all the swords?

Because my Origin - the concept that I embody through my soul and magic - is 'Sword.'

It's how I'm able to use Projection Magic and keep copies of every sword I've ever seen and analyzed inside of it, for quickly making them.

I'd've thought you would have picked up on it, given that I called it 'Unlimited Blade Works' during my chant to fully use it.

This type of magic is completely foreign to me. [He's not about to make any assumptions until he's gotten a better study of it, that's why he's asking all these questions. There's so much that needs to be learned.] I suppose it makes sense that the core of your self could actually be something so simple...

It normally is. My old master's Origin was 'Imaginary Elements', meaning that she could use all the elements easily.

So you make a bounded field, and imprint your sense of self onto it. Isn't that basically what spellcards do on a way bigger scale?

...I haven't seen your spellcards in action, but if they work via shoving reality aside and imprinting the self on the space left behind, then yes.
