WEEK 7
A new counselor, and a brutal execution. Camp just continues to surprise, doesn't it?
The rain is back, though this time it is in sprinkles and light showers. It helps bring the temperature down, but in the breaks between those mists the humidity is brutal.
The WiiU is still here, but for some reason none of the games will play. Instead all you can do is watch the faceless Mii on the Mii menu while the remaining Miis (minus Floe, Gonta, and Shirou) cower off to the sides.
Eleven of you are left. You have made it past the 'keep ten alive to the start of week 7' warning that Red gave, but what will happen now? Is this it? Is this who will survive? Or will more death happen? And what's going to happen to the dead?
A lot of questions still need answering.

TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY
[Wherever the Stan pile is, Mitsuru's back to digging through it, occasionally moving things out of the way with telekinesis. He seems pretty determined, despite more or less pulling out all of his own items from before...
Care to help him hunt? Who knows, maybe you'll find something useful for yourself in here, too.]
[2 - Rec Room - Wednesday]
[Today, Mitsuru can be found in the Rec Room, legs up over the arm of the couch and body laid out on the rest. He'd found a nice little analog wristwatch with a simple black strap in the pile, which he seems to be making use of by holding over one of his ears while Aya's cries resound from beside him.
Tick-tock, tick-tock. A pained scream every three seconds. Tick-tock, tick-tock.
Ten. Twenty. Thirty. The sounds are dying out, but his face is still scrunched up, a soft gasp that's nearly a sob escaping him. Tick-tock, tick-tock.
The sound stops. Mitsuru opens his eyes.
--And then immediately gives a short yelp of terror and rolls off of the couch, hitting the ground hard in a heap. Ow.]

Whatcha lookin' for?
[ Personally, she's looking to see if anyone has books in the pile, but she'll make off with anything interesting tbh. ]
no subject
[This is not a watch. This is a collection of marbles. To the side it goes.]
If we can make note of the times we're doing things on Thursday night, it might help us a little.
[Also, other reasons, but he's not even sure if that will work.]

Wednesday
So when he hears the thud of something hitting the floor and then sees that it's Mitsuru, he's right over by his side, crouching down to check on him. ]
Did you hurt yourself?
no subject
He curls up for a bit, that watch still up against his right ear even as he presses his hands over both. He can still hear the muffled sound of his father's voice, but...
After about half a minute, that, too, ceases. Mitsuru once again opens his eyes.]
...Again.
no subject
Again? What do you---
[ And he is cut off. His whole face freezes for a split second, then the expression changes. The shallow goodwill is gone from his eyes, the naivety disappears. In its place there is concern and more importantly determination. He grabs Mitsuru by the shoulders. ]
Mitsuru, whatever it takes, I will help you.
[ With final protocol, with everything... They know Sol, there must be a way...
The grip on Mitsuru doesn't release just yet, but Boa's expression grows more strained by the moment. It's not clear how much longer he'll able to stay here. ]

Ashikawak! Is everything all right?
[this is more important than her loudly rumbling stomach]

Tick-tock, tick-tock, tick-tock.
Sorry, Kirijo, but he's not terribly responsive right this moment.]

So Lenka is going to be a little more thorough this week -- especially since Ren isn't presently sitting on the pile like a black fluffy dragon. It's a big enough pile that it takes him a few seconds of digging and looking around to even spot Mitsuru in the midst of it. He peers over at him, holding two handfuls of clothes that aren't his and that he probably won't bother with.]
... Mitsuru? Did you lose something?
no subject
[An immediate answer.]
But there are other useful things in here.
no subject
[For the most part, he's too straitlaced to snag anything that looks too much like a personal item, but there's definitely some interesting items in the mix. He remembers talking to Nine about it -- it was probably Nine -- and realizing how many of these things are probably relics of campers dead and gone.
He's still not completely sure if they'll ever come back. Where did all those souls go? Where are they caught? Did Stan know...? Anyway, this is getting a bit too somber for a looting party, but Lenka's never been very good at his genre.]

Mitsuru! Are you okay?! What the fuck happened?!
no subject
It's only once he's sure he only hears the ticking of the watch that he finally cracks his eyes open, looking up warily.]
Father...?
[...No. He isn't here anymore. Never was, but even with that knowledge, he always seems to freeze up just the same with every new iteration of the hallucination. ]

[ He's just going to grab the weapons and make them vanish. ]
Looking for anything in particular, Mits?
no subject
[He was mid-word when he was distracted by the vanishing weapons, looking over in surprise.]
...What are you doing?
no subject
[ Especially after the whole getting rid of C4's extras. ]
I can turn them over to Red later.

Here, Gonta's holding out a hand to help Mitsuru up.
... He's waiting.]

And then, it stops. And Mitsuru cautiously opens his eyes...
Only to shut them again in his shock at seeing Gonta looming over him, flinching as though under attack.]
