WEEK 7
A new counselor, and a brutal execution. Camp just continues to surprise, doesn't it?
The rain is back, though this time it is in sprinkles and light showers. It helps bring the temperature down, but in the breaks between those mists the humidity is brutal.
The WiiU is still here, but for some reason none of the games will play. Instead all you can do is watch the faceless Mii on the Mii menu while the remaining Miis (minus Floe, Gonta, and Shirou) cower off to the sides.
Eleven of you are left. You have made it past the 'keep ten alive to the start of week 7' warning that Red gave, but what will happen now? Is this it? Is this who will survive? Or will more death happen? And what's going to happen to the dead?
A lot of questions still need answering.

[ OKAY THAT IS ENOUGH she's fine with physical affection but she can sense some ulterior motive here!! ]
Dude, get off of me.
no subject
[ But it seems like he's getting off...
Only to hook his arms under her arms. Going to try to haul her up and over his shoulder. Probably shouldn't do this while hungry but... ]
We can look closer to the lake.
no subject
Marisa flails a lot but pickup successful. ]
What the hell are you doin'?! Put me down, asshole!
[ bullets incoming in 10...9....8... ]
no subject
Giving a different vantage point, yo.
[ Even if she can get on a broom to do that. ]
no subject
[ She definitely is. Marisa outtie. ]
Stop! Stop...! Hey!
no subject
Which really just comes down to complaining loudly in the mess hall and Lenka heading back to the cabin to borrow the book of plants from Lillith again. He really should get his own, but--
He really should get his own, because this is what he gets for leaving Nine and Marisa unsupervised, apparently.]
Uh... Are you guys done already?
[His voice is a little dry here, because they're definitely not done, but hey. At least Nine gathered something from the ground.]
no subject
[ He gathered an entire witch who can make potions. That makes him the winner for this, right? Right?
Nine stops for a moment as he looks at Lenka. You would think he would look sheepish at being busted, but instead if just makes him grin wider. ]
Hey, Lenka. You should check this out, yo! I found a weak spot.
no subject
[ kicks and flails ]
If you don't let me down in the next three seconds I'm gonna laser your face, ze!
no subject
[Lenka actually backs up a little, just as a precaution, but doesn't otherwise react. Apparently Nine is on his own in terms of dealing with lasers to the face. He does tuck the book behind his back, between himself and the Arc. Wouldn't want to make Zillith sad if things really do start getting bulleted around here.]
You should laser him away from the forest.
[Is he just going to peanut gallery and give semi-helpful advice? Maybe.]
no subject
Hey!
[ There's a moment where he actually considers tossing her at Lenka, but he wouldn't be able to use him as a shield if that's the case. SO he puts her down. ]
Yeah, we don't want to give the hunters a reason to do anything dumb, yo.
[ Like he isn't the one being dumb. ]
no subject
[ thanks lenka she loev u
Marisa scurries away from Nine once she's loose, and...shoots a few mini-lasers at him anyway. ]
Next time you want me to go somewhere, try this thing called askin' me.
no subject
Once Marisa actually starts firing off lasers, though, he'll step in a bit -- unslinging his Arc and planting it in the ground between them to gain their attention before things escalate. Look, he knows you two, next thing we know the forest will be on fire and they'll have three moose chasing them across the state.]
... We should finish with the ingredients, and move somewhere else. Where were you going, anyway?
[If anywhere. He's kind of doubtful, actually.]
no subject
:< ]
Hey!
[ He could at least try to get her a little first before Lenka blocked them. But Lenka has a point so he's going to dismiss it. ]
She's looking for flowers.
no subject
At the mention of ingredients, though, she straightens out and the lasers disappear. ]
What's this about ingredients? You guys makin' somethin' without me?
no subject
At Marisa's question, he extracts the book of plants from where he was carrying it and taps on it. There's something wry about the way he answers the unrelated question.]
Potions. I was thinking that if we're looking for plants anyway, we could see which potions of yours to use instead food. Something to keep everyone's strength up, if you have it.
[A glance over at Nine.]
I don't know if you found anything in Stan's things, but the items I have... can only be used for God Eaters.
[There's something apologetic about that.]
no subject
And there's the book! Though he's thinking about the potions and stuff. ]
A lot of my stuff is missing, yo. The potions and ethers are gone for some reason. [ Archer. ]
no subject
[ glances at Nine. wow, for once it wasn't her taking someone's stuff! ]
Damn. Who yanked your shit?
no subject
[Which apparently currently consists of people fisting and burning themselves. They're a resourceful bunch. They might as well gather a bunch of supplies and see what they can come up with, since there isn't anything immediately meant for a liquid diet at hand...]
... I don't know how much of my items from home were there. But there weren't a lot, when I checked.
[It's weird. Who would even want eldritch horror potions??]
no subject
[ But he'll try whatever Mr. Archie busts out with.
Also hey, that's his boyfriend and his kid you're shaming there. ]
I think one of the counselors did. Not sure what they'll do with them.
no subject
I can give a stamina-like potion a go, I think. Or somethin' that would sate hunger. Maybe a little bit of... [ she rattles off a few plant names ]
no subject
[Y'all are a menace at this rate he's going to end up accidentally calling Archer Archie to his face one day and then we'll bad end or something because Lenka doesn't get zombie allowances. Wow. He shakes his head after a moment, because at least they have resources. Or something.]
But I don't know if Red would want our things. She didn't before. [so Archie is still the most suspicious, what an oddball] Oh, Marisa. We can probably find those closer to the lodge.
[Like maybe around the clearing? He just keeps a weather eye out for interesting vegetation, it's helpful for staying focused. Even if everything is starting to look vaguely appetizing lately. He hasn't put anything in his mouth yet, don't worry.]
no subject
Archie did show me the spear.
[ It's very important and makes him pretty great in Nine's book. ]
Something to help sate the hunger I think.
[ Also just... peeking at the book. ]
Just show me a pic, yo. And I'll go find it.
no subject
no subject
[It takes him a minute to realize that Nine means that spear, you know, the Shirou shish kabob one -- Lenka raises a somewhat judgmental eyebrow at him but doesn't say anything else, because he gets the feeling Shirou would have had similar aspirations if it were a sword. He just hadn't realized Nine might be a spear spear on his own time.
Anyway. Potions! He'll indicate a couple of things for Nine.]
This, and this, and this one? Marisa, you usually use these, right? [the bright side to being cabinmates is that he usually sees whatever she's prone to brewing] We can both look for supplies, unless you need an assistant.
[Or they could make Mittens do it.]
no subject
Alright, just these?
[ He's got it memorized \o/ But he's snickering at something. ]
Well she does like assistants.
