WEEK 8

The weekend passes in a blue, and suddenly it is Monday again. Monday of week 8, the final week of camp. The last week to try and change your fate.

It's sunny and pleasant, with daytime temperatures lingering around 70 degrees Fahrenheit and dropping off into the 50s in the evening. It's pretty much the perfect weather for Michigan, and it's only a shame that it took this long to get to it.

The WiiU continues to be broken, though the creepy Mii is gone now. All of the Miis are, actually. All that can be seen is a variety of Pure Michigan ads, interestingly enough. A bit calmer than last week's visuals, but probably annoying since no games can be played.

There is one other notable change about camp: the counselors are nowhere to be found. There is plenty of food and some note left on how to run things, but otherwise the campers have been left to their own devices apparently.

On the main door to the lodge is a note that says "We will be back as soon as possible." written in Red's handwriting. What could this mean?

[Chuuta feels overwhelmed honestly. It's one thing to have a girl in the cabin, it's something entirely different to have multiple girls in the nest of mattresses and blankets on the floor.

He's just kind of sitting there stiffly and turning a couple shades of pink as Marisa and Drew hang out. Drew is super into petting, by the way. Please pet him.]

[ Making sure the air is out, and then he shifts around to be in a better position for this. Rubbing the injection spot with his thumb. ]

[ Nine points in a direction in the lodge, like maybe there's something there to look at. ]

[ Nine is here for set-up and for early in the evening. He does vanish for a bit closer to the usual bed time. When he's back, he's in shorts and his tank top, looking kind of guilty about something.

Thankfully he manages to avoid the wire trap Ren has set up? At least the first couple of nights he does.

Nine will plop down between Ren and Mitsuru. ]

Yo, did I miss anything?

[ Later on, he's sorting through his inventory which is definitely a mess. He makes various hats, cat ears, 90's jewelry, bells, and glasses appear. Maybe there's a fake mustache in there too. ]

[He gets a bored "not really" when he first arrives, but once he gets to sorting through his inventory...]

[ He also has a bunch of the weapons still. He's good at this. Nine scoots closer to Mitsuru, while holding something. Then he'll lean back towards him to try to get his perspective as he looks at Ren. Holds up the mustache so hopefully it looks like Ren now has a giant stache from their perspective. ]

[He never really thought about it at home -- it's not so much a popular concept anymore when even domestic animals are few and far between -- but with all the cats and the raccoon and everything? Hm.]

[He makes a brief face after he's done with half the bowl, but it's more because he's trying to get some feeling back in his tongue; it's probably not all that spicy, he's just hungry enough not to care about how much it burns in terms of temperature or spice. He'll eat slower from now on, though, to really get at the taste.

Or try, with what's left of his taste buds at the moment.]

It... wakes you up. [and probably would even better if it were spicier] I didn't think about curry for breakfast. Your Boss... did you work with food?

If there's no reason for it, we might as well burn it.

[He's coming to a similar conclusion. He's also taking a small piece of fudge, like a proper young lad.]

[He kind of wants to observe people at school, honestly, even if it seems a little weird for a zillion-year-old alien to record these things. Hmm. He scratches his head like... this isn't something he's been asked before, actually.]
