FINAL TRIAL

FINAL TRIAL

And now, you know the truth. Who's behind everything, and why.

And the question that hangs in the air now is - what's next?

It's noon when you all go down to the firepit, the sun hanging bright in the air. Red is there, seated calmly, watching all of you - and Archer is standing up, looking imposing.

It's time to talk.

diesifkilled: thats why i bought this large size frying pan, for big fish frying reasons (i've got bigger fish to fry)

[Shirou's still smiling - he's so happy he can't seem to stop right now. It's a completely different expression from the vapid bliss of his zombie, though, so there shouldn't be any unpleasant associations.]

It's good to be back. Thank you for working so hard on all this.

[It's definitely totally different from coralfam -- all of them are, in a way that's only easy to see now that they have them back, in the way that it's easier to see who Shirou and Archer are now that they've opened up a little around each other, too. He shakes his head, not quite in denial, just because there are corrections to make there.]

We all worked on this. I guess none of you were able to rest, either. [despite all the peacefulness on their coralselves, it's pretty obvious that the dead -- the newly living now -- have been so, so busy] We... all made it here together.

[And now his idea of death is all mixed up, actually, but that's neither here nor there.]
diesifkilled: to where it touches the ground then kick its ass (we must follow the bright circle)

Yeah, it's been a big effort from all of us, hasn't it...

[Even if most of their work was in delivering information, every message had taken a lot out of the dead.

Shirou only spent two weeks in that strange, shadowy version of the camp, but it had been enough for a lifetime. He's fine with not dying again any time soon.
