WEEK 3
Another Sunday, another day to rest and recover after trial. The weather is now uncomfortably hot and humid after all the rain - perfect swimming weather, if what happened during the execution didn't put you off from swimming for a good long while.
As before, The RV's have changed, but it might not be the best idea to go and bother them after last week's...well, mistake. Maybe give it a week to rest. Additionally, if anyone tries to play the Wii, they will find that Chloe, Talcott, and Sayama's Miis have disappeared - as well that the machine itself is spitting out some strange music at the home screen and the Mii channel. The games seem unaffected by the musical change, at least - and there's now a copy of Mario Party 9 ready to be played alongside Wii Sports. Try not to murder each other or fling the wiimotes into the tv, alright?
The rest of the camp is the same as always, though now fishing equipment is always left out near the lake and beach, and there's a taped on sign on the slope railing declaring 'DO NOT LEAN ON.' Looks like they finally noticed the hazard that thing could potentially be. The kitchen has been fully scrubbed, the faint scent of lemon wafting in the air. Hm.
Two weeks have gone by, and with it, 6 of your fellow campers are gone. There are only six weeks left - six long weeks, and your chances of making it out dwindle all the time.
Knowing that, what will you do?

[It's not entirely a real question, though it would be -- okay maybe it wouldn't help that much to know if these two had used Tal as a cat toy on top of Eddie, particularly with Richie here. None of them need that association in their heads.
Lenka shakes his head to himself and tries a different tack almost immediately.]
I guess they get hungry easily.
[Is their parent feeding them properly! Cub Protective Services might like to know. Also editing because Usagi reminded him of his manners, even if manners with murderous cats seems counterintuitive.]
... Lenka. Since you gave us your name.

[The hungry one pipes up, not as hungry anymore - though it is idly chewing on Lenka's God arc.]
That was our older siblings. They thought that since you were getting rid of one, they could practice hunting with it.
[That comes from the one snuggling with Gonta, who's now trying to groom his hair.]
Niniigi'ig won't like us being here so we can't stay long.

[As useful as this information could be at some point, it feels a little like they’re having dinner table conversation with the monster kittens. After yanking both Boa and Eddie off a plate each. The dinner table analogy itself might be a little too vivid. What are their lives at this point, honestly. But... maybe if they’re more careful to keep the cats fed, they’ll have less incidents like this? He can dream, can’t he? He’s already helping to feed a cannibal.
Lenka doesn’t mind the chewing on his Arc, so long as it’s passive and not too active — the Aragami inside might take exception to too much fang, and it’s not nearly as playful as the kittens are appearing to be at the moment.]

[Richie you are fourteen you are too young to be acting like half of a married couple. he holds out the book: Lenka, Usagi, and Gonta are free to borrow it]
Usagi, you can just bring this back to Cabin 3 when you guys are done, okay?
[to the cats, awkwardly]
I hope you don't eat anybody else. You seem like you're pretty cool otherwise.
[and off he goes, back to the Lodge and to his hug pile]

Many!
[That helps. The Kittens stand up, grouping back together and looking towards the lake.]
We need to go. Before our parent notices, and before the asin-manidoo realizes we're here.
Thanks for feeding and playing with us!
[And in a shimmer of scales and cat noises, they lope off towards the lake, walking on top of it until they plunge down below.]

[ Flip flip flip, reading... Wait. ]
...Did they just say "stone god?"

[He’s still damp and fishy-smelling and covered in meat stains, same as Boa, and Lenka lets his Arc drop the moment the kittens are out of sight, letting it clunk to the ground and drag a little as he comes over to look over Usagi’s shoulder at the book. It’s full of really huge words.]
... We should keep the cats fed. So this doesn’t happen again.
[Usagi seems fond of feeding them, after all.]
