WEEK 3

Another Sunday, another day to rest and recover after trial. The weather is now uncomfortably hot and humid after all the rain - perfect swimming weather, if what happened during the execution didn't put you off from swimming for a good long while.

As before, The RV's have changed, but it might not be the best idea to go and bother them after last week's...well, mistake. Maybe give it a week to rest. Additionally, if anyone tries to play the Wii, they will find that Chloe, Talcott, and Sayama's Miis have disappeared - as well that the machine itself is spitting out some strange music at the home screen and the Mii channel. The games seem unaffected by the musical change, at least - and there's now a copy of Mario Party 9 ready to be played alongside Wii Sports. Try not to murder each other or fling the wiimotes into the tv, alright?

The rest of the camp is the same as always, though now fishing equipment is always left out near the lake and beach, and there's a taped on sign on the slope railing declaring 'DO NOT LEAN ON.' Looks like they finally noticed the hazard that thing could potentially be. The kitchen has been fully scrubbed, the faint scent of lemon wafting in the air. Hm.

Two weeks have gone by, and with it, 6 of your fellow campers are gone. There are only six weeks left - six long weeks, and your chances of making it out dwindle all the time.

Knowing that, what will you do?

Mmm, not yet. I don't really know him.

[ Listen. There's some sweet people here. ]

[His tone is teasing, but in a way he's proud of her?? Usagi is keeping an open mind and all her options open. Good for her, you go get 'em.]

Hey, that's Ichigo's little brother. That'd be one heck of a messed up love triangle if you did develop a thing for that guy.

[Leaning in and dropping his tone to a whisper:]

So who do you like most?

[lovebun]

[ She's not acknowledging the love triangle thing because it might lead to her daydream of marrying two different guys she had at one point and yes this is legit fucking canon what the fuck is Sailor Moon. ]

Oh, that's easy! It's Shirou.

[Shirou. Hrm....]

Well... He's been really encouraging, and he's helped cheer me up when I've really needed it. And he's really nice, even if he's not always the brightest... But he really is sweet.

[particlebarrier]

[He considers this for a moment. Trying to match this up to the Shirou he knows that has no interest in SPACE TRAVEL and way too much of an interest in making himself a martyr, but... he can squint and see it.]

Soooo are you gonna tell him that?

[lovebun]

...I dunno. He's probably not interested in me. I'm not exactly the prettiest girl here. Or the most graceful or smart, either.

[ She knows she's not really ideal, tbh. ]

[....She's just getting a raised eyebrow.]

Usagi, I think you're fine.

[A beat and a grin.]

But if you really feel that way, it sounds like a match made in heaven. Shirou's not exactly the prettiest boy here. Or the most graceful or smart either.

...Maybe I will, then.

[ Spoilers: she doesn't work up to it this week, because everything happens so much. But either way, she'll smile again. ]

[Two thumbs up!! Then he rests his arms back down on the counter to look at the curry as he considers Usagi's question. Is he embarrassed to answer the question? ..Nah, he's totally shameless.]

Well, I'm with you on Red and Hotsuru. Clarke's really awesome, too.

[A beat.]

Floe's definitely best girl though.

[lovebun]

[ Hm, Floe's cute, she can agree with. Clarke... Actually reminds her too much of her mom. Hm. But... ]

No guys you like?

[ Listen, she wants all the juicy details!!! Don't skimp!!! She'll let it go, if there's nothing, but she wants!!! To be sure!!! ]

[Okay, well NOW he's sputtering? Good job, Usagi. He's probably never actually thought about this once in his life and now that he's actually considering it seriously, is he--??

Yeah, but guys don't have to be cute. Hm...

[ She's trying to figure out what the likes best in both... ]

I mean yeah, guys are supposed to be handsome and tough, not cute and pretty, uh-

[OKAY WHY IS HE ENGAGING IN THIS CONVERSATION. He shakes his head.]

But the point is!! [As he flails with his hands.] I don't have a crush on the guys here.

[A beat.]

Or anywhere! I just.... [....] How hot is this curry again?

[ She caught that. Lance, that's cute. ]
