WEEK 3

Another Sunday, another day to rest and recover after trial. The weather is now uncomfortably hot and humid after all the rain - perfect swimming weather, if what happened during the execution didn't put you off from swimming for a good long while.

As before, The RV's have changed, but it might not be the best idea to go and bother them after last week's...well, mistake. Maybe give it a week to rest. Additionally, if anyone tries to play the Wii, they will find that Chloe, Talcott, and Sayama's Miis have disappeared - as well that the machine itself is spitting out some strange music at the home screen and the Mii channel. The games seem unaffected by the musical change, at least - and there's now a copy of Mario Party 9 ready to be played alongside Wii Sports. Try not to murder each other or fling the wiimotes into the tv, alright?

The rest of the camp is the same as always, though now fishing equipment is always left out near the lake and beach, and there's a taped on sign on the slope railing declaring 'DO NOT LEAN ON.' Looks like they finally noticed the hazard that thing could potentially be. The kitchen has been fully scrubbed, the faint scent of lemon wafting in the air. Hm.

Two weeks have gone by, and with it, 6 of your fellow campers are gone. There are only six weeks left - six long weeks, and your chances of making it out dwindle all the time.

Knowing that, what will you do?

I don't know. He wasn't moving much, and just started to get cold. I didn't pay a whole hell lot of attention, though.

...I'm thinkin' this woulda turned out better if Alice--she's a friend'a mine--made the doll. That's like, her thing. I only know how to make 'em 'cause I read one of her books about it.

[ So she's feeling a little like a screwup right now :') ]

Hey, you must have done a kick ass job if the Moose went after it. We probably got him pretty damn good.

[ So be proud? Even if it's freaky as hell that moose knew where to get it?

He puts his hands behind him on the bed to just lean back. ]

It wasn't strong enough to actually take it out, though. What if it's watchin' me, now?

Maybe we should make sure to clean out all of it's fur from in here just in case.

[ Like a truce or something? Here we won't take your fur so stop watching moose? ]

That's a good idea, actually. Even if its other fur wasn't infused with magic, it still might be...drawn here, I dunno.

[ Looking at the fur, and then looking at her. ]

It didn't come back when we left the fur, so we can probably put it off until later.

[ So if she wants to try chilling out doing something else... ]

[ Marisa nods at both statements. ]

They're in my trunk.

Nine's gonna have to get them himself, she's not touching her trunk right now. still a little spooked. ]

[ Wow Marisa. Alright, he'll go play fetch just because of the moosening.

Moving to the trunk to dig through. ]

I'm not going to find anything weird in here, am I?

[ Marisa's silence is Nine's answer, really. There's a cast iron saucepan from the kitchen, baggies full of different plants from around the camp, glass measuring cups, a couple of eyedroppers, more than a handful of books she's managed to pilfer from people, and countless makeshift notebooks filled up with alchemy notes.

...so, not too weird, but still probably weirder than what most of them have in their trunks. ]

[ He was expecting, you know, weird chick stuff. Just making a face at all the witch stuff in there. Why do you even need these books? ]

Huh? There's nothing interesting in here.

[ Oh but there's the cards! Pulling them out and going back to sit on the edge of the bed ]

Huh? [ Going to look her over. ] Nu-uh. I think I'll pass.

[ he's good thanks. Offering the cards over. ]

You into tall chicks or somethin'? Brunettes?

[ Well for chicks... ] Brunettes are definitely cute, yo.

[ Are they going to do this? Are they going to talk about chicks? ] There's a cute one back at home. If she wasn't already taken... [ There would have been an attempt. ]

Is it narcissistic if I say I like blondes best? ...though there's a girl I know who's pretty cute, but she's got blue hair.

[ That's a death flag, Marisa. He kind of chuckles at that. ]

There aren't a lot of cute ones on campus. I guess Aki is kind of cute... [ There aren't a lot of blonde chicks though?

Though Marisa talking about a chick she likes... ]

What's Nitori like? [ she laughs a little ] She's got a cute face, but she's a greedy little jerk who mostly cares about selling people her technology.

Ehhhhh. We've helped each other out a few times, so I guess we're friends, but I wouldn't say we're closer than that.

That and the stuff she sells is actually pretty quality, too. The kappa are good with tech.
