You've got all your senses back, but with the return of them comes a grim, familiar knowledge -

- that one of your fellow campers have committed murder.

Someone is dead. It's up to you to find out who...and to gather evidence for it.

[ After splitting from Mitsuru, Boa makes it his plan to check on the few other people he cares about in this place. When he sees Nine, he raises his hand to wave back. ]

Did you hear what happened yet?

[linearcrash]

[ It's honestly a relief to see Boa. He saw Richie and Chuuta from a distance. Now he's just missing Eddie. ] Huh? Oh, some of it. We found foot prints around the canoes. Did you find anything?

[finalguard]

[ Boa just makes a face. ]

Guess.

[linearcrash]

[ Oh. ]

Really? [ He knows the answer already. ] Was it Clarke?

[finalguard]

[ Boa blinks in surprise. ]

How do you know?

[linearcrash]

The moron with the face mask recognized the black stuff. Said it was her. [ Nine is looking around to see if Lance or Mitsuru around ]

[finalguard]

... oh. Oh, that explains a lot. I mean, we could see that it was her blood from the way it came out of her body, but the color's rather unusual.

What idiot with a face mask though?

[linearcrash]

[ Coast is clear he hopes. ]

Lance. He came out to investigate like that.

[ Just waving his arm. He seems pretty annoyed already. But then his shoulders slump. ]

Hoping she's not dead. She was kind of cool.

[finalguard]

She's dead. [ A small pause here. ] Sorry.

[ Boa himself didn't at all dislike Clarke, but they didn't have a deep kind of bond and Boa's learned very early that people come and go and sometimes they go by dying. Now without a corpse to totally gross him out, he's mostly fine with the revelation.

Nine meanwhile isn't used to remembering the dead, so in a weird way Boa knows he's got an advantage on him there. ]

[ That kind of sucks. He reaches over to throw an arm across Boa's back to pull him into a one sided hug. Yeah, he's still not really processing deaths well. ]

It's okay. We weren't that close, yo.

[ He makes a sound like he's thinking of doing something he's reluctant to do. ]

I should go find him.

[finalguard]

[ Boa accepts the sort-of-hug especially because right now it feels like it's more for Nine's peace of mind than his own. ]

Alright. I'll see you in the cabin then.

[ Even if there's two creepy zombies staying with them, it's still nice to live with friends. Boa's finding himself appreciating the strangest things. ]

[ He hesitates. ]

[ Nine has to apologize for last night and make sure everyone is good himself. ]
