Ashikawa said the wound was a broadsword. I haven't seen Emiya's, so I don't know if they could have or not. But I have seen Lance's. His weapon is a broadsword, and would be consistent with a broadsword wound.

Presumably, that is. Without being able to compare his weapon to the injury, I cannot say for certain.
