WEEK 5 - TRIAL
It takes a full day after finding the body, but on Saturday, the counselors call you all to the campfire, the bonfire already roaring away as everyone finds their seats. Stan and Red are seated there, with Stan holding a box saying 'VOTES' written on it.
It looks like you're here to find the killer.
And just like before, you know you'll be forced to vote before the night's over...
And condemn someone to a grisly fate.

[Look, they need to know all the details of Spice Block's slumber party.]

Nothing useful. Like, it just wanted to play like a fucking dog or something. I... I think it was worried because I was upset. I tried to get its name so we could stop calling it "the raccoon" but it wasn't anything I could pronounce. Like, all squeaks and screeches and shit.

[Just so we can get that as IC knowledge because this is super important to the trial--]
Did you see anything or anyone else while you were in the field?
no subject
No... I... I didn't see anyone else.

Eddie... You want to protect Boa, don't you?
[Just saying that straight out.]

Yeah. He's my friend, and I don't think he could've done this. We've been talking about how people just need to stop fucking killing each other so we can find a way out of this. It doesn't make any sense!

[He's just going to say that quietly. Things that they've talked about -- things that Red's told them and all the things they've found out about where they are, what they're doing here, the sacrifices -- he's started to accept this particular aspect of their time here. Maybe it's because death's always walked beside him. It's just harder to accept it for other people.]
But what we need is time -- we have to find a way to get to the truth so that what happened to Kon and Natsume doesn't happen again.
[So they don't lose too many people. They can't do that again.]
