WEEK 6

Last week had been pretty brutal, leaving scars on everyone in camp. A murder driven by paranoia-induced visions, committed by and against two of the youngest members of camp, has left everyone reeling. If this is the way murders will go, what's to happen next?

The humidity is dropping off some, but the heat is staying strong. The campers will need to find new ways to beat the heat. A delivery is due this week though, so maybe the camp's deliveryman will have some ice cream?

The WiiU and current games are all here, but there are no new games. Sorry everyone, you're stuck with what you have. Usagi and Boa are now gone from the Mii menu, but that strange faceless Mii is still there, staring as always. His grin seems to have grown though, and the Mii menu music has changed as well. The other Miis seem scared of the grinny Mii, and they are staying far away from him. Now the only selectable Mii is grin-face. How weird.

The counselors have said they need 'more time' to end this, but just how much time do they need? Can the campers really stall long enough for the counselors to finish their plan? And how does that knowledge sit with them, knowing that each delayed week means less campers will make it in the end?

Lenka stands when Nine does, because someone standing up in response to what he just said definitely triggers the worry that they're going to do something rash, and it's Nine -- so something rash running through his mind is almost a certainty. He'll approach and do his best to plant himself in front of him. Have fun with that.

The confused look he interprets as just Nine having trouble digesting either the rest of what he's saying, or the fairly vague information Lillith gave him. Lenka shakes his head.]

I don't think anyone should go near the door right now. I know it's tempting, but... [he tilts his head towards where Mitsuru (red) is] If what Kirijo said is true, and it's from Lillith, then it's bad for the souls. Remember that.

Archer's not a robot. And I'm pretty sure Red isn't either.

[Eddie shifts so he's kneeling, not even caring anymore that they're in the water, though the sand and water sting the scrape on his knee. He frowns with concern as he reaches out to touch Lenka's arm.]

Whatever you think you see? It's not there. It can't hurt you. It's just this place fucking with your head.

[ Floe actually stands up this time as soon as she gets a chance, pulling a piece of paper out of her pocket and laying it out on the table for others to see. A symbol is drawn on it, a broken circle in three segments. ]

Lance showed me this. He said it's the symbol of the people that are controlling Sol. I don't know if anyone recognizes it, but he wouldn't have shown me if it wasn't important. If anyone knows what it means or...or sees it written somewhere else when they're looking around? That could be something to focus on.

He also said we needed to help...someone. Probably Sol. I don't know, I couldn't talk to him very long. But that's what he said.

Gritting his teeth and then he pulls off his cape to put it over Lenka's face. ]

But he doesn't know who the hell is giving him these things so he's just going to throw his cape over Lenka's face. Like here...cover up so he can go bust open a door or something. Does covering his face help? ]

The altar is Sol? [ Frowning a bit. That...makes a certain amount of sense, and yet. ] If it really is growing, the whole thing would be Sol, not just the altar. We know it goes underground, but do we know how far? It might be the whole campsite by now.
