[Richie is so glad to wake up and go down into the mess hall in the morning and NOT see blood and guts waiting for him. Eddie has refused to leave the Rec Room until he gets the all-clear, not wanting to come across anything like they did last week, but Richie is concerned - he'd invited someone else who never showed up, after all, and that's given him a queasy feeling in the pit of his stomach ... now that he can feel again.

he pushes open the back door leading down to the lake, half not wanting to look. every new corner he turns is going to come with a fresh set of anxieties, until someone finds a body]

Can I look at your side? [Chuuta isn't used to cuts and injuries, but maybe if he just... thinks of it like fabric?]
