Final Investigation
Friday starts as usual, with everyone waking up and starting to move about. The morning is cool, with the last bits of the night's dew starting to evaporate in the early sunlight. But as the living campers start to move about, they will notice two important details:
One: the zombie campers are nowhere to be found.
Two: there is a note pinned to the front door of the lodge that reads "It's time. Investigate the camp, find out the truth. Why are you here, and what do you need to do to leave? We will be at the campfire tomorrow at noon."
Well then. It's time to get to work.
CAMPERS REMAINING: 7
REMEMBER: every living camper needs 15 comments minimum in this post to qualify for 'good end'!

Anyway, Ren will find there's...No one in the truck, and it looks just fine.
Time to break into a truck, nasty crimeboy.]

[He is oddly touched by the summoned defender, honestly- even if it's a practical measure. He does a quick sweep for any traps like a good rogue and if the door is locked gets to work picking. If not he cracks that shit open like a cold one with the underaged boys.]
no subject
It is easily cracked open! The insides are a bit bare, but there's Tons of surveillance equipment. All of it has been marked with the Dark Road Organization name, practically everywhere.
There's also some ice cream in a mini fridge.]

...This is... to record us?
no subject
Wanna see if they left any recordings?
[He goes to the fridge to steal some ice cream before going to check out the equipment itself]
no subject
As Ren opens the fridge, a small, black hand suddenly shoots out weakly -
IT'S SPICE BLOCK
HOW DID SPICE BLOCK EVEN GET IN THERE]
no subject
What was that suspiciously raccoon-like sound.]
no subject
You... stupid trash panda, how did you even get in there?!

Meanwhile, Mitsuru finds this on one of the papers:]
.- -. .- --. .-. .- --
colors gestate
[And on the other one:]
Stay in holding pattern until sword asshole tells us different - assume completion procedures unless told otherwise.
no subject
Anagrams...?
no subject
Think Archer told them to leave? They just packed up and left?
[He pulls out his notebook and pen and starts trying to figure out some matches]
...doubt it's 'graceless toot'.
no subject
Anyway, Mitsuru will also find some writing on the back of one of the papers, in a different handwriting to the others.]
Go to the lodge.
no subject
A holding pattern could just mean they're still out there, but not with us by the camp.
[Now is probably not the time to try fleeing into the woods. He gestures to the message about the lodge.]
Well? Shall we?
no subject
Let's go, we can work on the anagram as we go.
[Onward]

As they go back to the lodge, the chapel and store are quiet. However, it's down in the Rec Room where an old friend is waiting...
Ren's Cellphone.]
no subject
Phone.
Hm.]
Didn't that app say something about needing to wait some weeks?
no subject
[He picks it up, first checking if anything was changed on it other than Red putting FEH on it (did she level up his new wife, Lucina?) before going for the eyeball app]
no subject
The moment the app fires up, the eyeball only takes a second before showing this:]
Welcome, Agent Amamiya32! Please Log in.
[And then a prompt for a password shows up.]
no subject
Very
Intensely at this.
Do your thing Ren.]
no subject
If I knew this was gonna come back I would have thought of something more clever.
[Log in. Thankfully he made sure to write his password down way back when]

Welcome to The Foundation, Ren Amamiya. You are a D-Class Agent, and have limited access to files.
Would you like to read a primer on the terms you will find on reports?
no subject
A newsletter, huh...
[And then:]
You may have had the right idea after all. See what it says.
[Who made you commander here Mittens.]

On it.

To read the files, you will need an understanding of the classification system in use to determine the threat level of an SCP.
Safe: An SCP can be properly contained and understood. for example, if you put the SCP in a box, the SCP would react the same way every time, and remain in the box.
Elucid: An SCP can be contained, but potentially not understood or react in ways that may cause a containment breech. Using our example, you could put the SCP in the box and it would react in a different way each time, and be unpredictable if it will stay in or out.
Keter: An SCP is dangerous and cannot be contained easily or at all. Escaped SCP's often fall into this category if they threaten humanity at large. We don't think you need the box example for this one.
Thaumiel: An SCP is capable of containing or neutralizing the threats caused by other SCP's. In the example, Thaumiel would be the box.
You will recieve greater understanding of these terms during your mandatory fieldwork. We will now redirect you to the files your clearance allows you to access.
Secure. Contain. Protect.
[And with a tap, Ren finds himself looking at multiple file icons.]
