Someone is dead. It's up to you to find out who...and to gather evidence for it.

[After everything's been found that's going to be found, and everyone is starting to gather up... Ren is sitting, with his hands dangling between his knees. He doesn't stand, or even raise his voice, but:]

If one of you did this to Usagi because of what happened in the Metaverse... instead going after-

[He snarls, eyes twisting shut and hands clenching- even his injured one, which can't feel good]

[ So uh, as soon as the beacon that is Eddie's scream alerts her to the body findings, Marisa speeds over as quick as she can.

But it is, and there's nothing any of them can do to fix it. Maybe if she'd just gone with Usagi to finish the shack she could have defended her, and--

[ Usagi is dead.

These words don't seem to hit him at first. It isn't until his Atma mark is taking over his entire body, the blue lines practically coating him and making him light up the camp, that he's even noticed he's reacting to it. His fists are clenched so hard he can barely feel them.

This wasn't supposed to happen. He should've... stayed with Usagi that night, instead. He's such an idiot.

[ Even for him, it's a little uncharacteristically violent. But his inner demon is screaming to get out. Make them pay. Make them regret it. Whoever did this is going to be sorry. He's pretty close to changing right now, he's so angry. ]

[Mitsuru looks fairly unruffled. He's tired, yes, but that's a regular look for him these days, doing a quick head count of the others. Richie, Eddie, and presumably Boa are accounted for... It really does seem to have just been Usagi.

Good. That's fine by him. He'll just hang around quietly, making sure his notes are correct for tomorrow.]

[ Right after finding the body, Nine is heading out of the lodge and then turning around to punch the side of it. He'll hit it repeatedly a few times, before just sinking forward to rest his forehead against it. ]
